Return & Exchange

Exchanges

You may return any purchased item in exchange for another item in our store. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, the balance is returned as store credit or cash.

Cash Return

You may return an item for its cash value instead of an exchange. The refund amount is set by our evaluation, based on current market conditions.

Evaluation of Returns

Every returned piece is evaluated first. Its value may be adjusted for:

  • Gold rate and market price changes
  • Condition and wear of the item
  • Any damage or changes made after purchase

The return amount may be lower than the original price.

Privacy

What We Collect

Only what you give us: your name, email, phone number, delivery address (for deliveries) and your messages. We do not process online payments, so we never store payment details.

How We Use It

To answer your questions, process and deliver your orders, tell you about our products and services, improve our website, and send updates only if you subscribed.

Information Sharing

We never sell, trade or share your personal information. The only exception is the delivery service, which receives just your name, phone number and address to deliver your order.
